When I looked at
The most bizarre day that I have ever had was sometime last summer. I had woken up to the entire house shaking. I stumbled out of bed, and tripped over the usual assortment of random junk on my floor. When I finally got to a window, I looked outside; I saw what was shaking the house. There were a bunch of construction equipment digging out a foundation for a house nearby. I watched for a little bit, but didn't really care. I started looking for something to eat. We were out of milk, cereal, eggs, and bread. I finally settled on microwaving some oatmeal.
After breakfast, I tried to find my mom. I couldn't find her anywhere, which was weird. She didn't tell me that she was going to be gone. So I just decided to go on the computer. It wouldn't boot up, which is weird. The computer never has any problems at all. Finally, I settled on watching TV for the morning. There was absolutely nothing at all worth watching. Everything that was on was either stupid, or I had already watched. I watched everything that I had recorded over the past several weeks, and I was getting bored. I think that I finally ended up reading for the rest of the day because there was NOTHING to do. Finally, when my mom came home, I found out that she actually did tell me that she was going to be gone, I had just forgotten. This was the most bizarre day that I can remember. I do not like reading as a group, but I do like discussing a book with other people. What other people have to say about events in the book are interesting, and sometimes very different than your own thoughts. It is a good thing to talk about a book with a group of people, because you get to hear other's thoughts and opinions. Other people might even find details that you missed in the book. However, one bad thing that can happen when you are reading as a group is someone might spoil something. Someone may read ahead, and really want to share something. Then, they may not realize that they had shared something that was in the next chapter. Another bad thing about reading in groups is that you may not get to read at your own pace. When you are reading in a group that normally means that you are probably reading a book for school. And if you are reading a book for school, you will not be able to read it at your own pace, and will have to answer a bunch of questions about the book which normally (in my opinion) ruin the book.
In conclusion, some of the good things about reading a book as a group is that you get to have interesting in depth conversations, and get to share what you think is interesting. The bad parts of reading as a group is that someone might spoil something, or read ahead. Thanks for reading this week’s blog!!! Why do we need to English. Is there even a point of Englishing? What do we gain by Englishing with other people? Anyways.... I guess that this will be another random blog. About what, I am not sure yet. Maybe I will just sit here and talk about what I think I should blog about. Of course, I will not blog about that then, because my entire blog will be about what I should blog about. I believe that I will perhaps eat something today. Or maybe I should just sit here and keep writing about what I should or should not blog about. Just like my 300 slide power point about what to do or not to do in life. It is really long. Do the Chinese actually eat Chinese food, or is that just a common myth that we believe as Americans. Of course, I could just talk about what I am going to blog about, but I do not really know what I am going to blog about. Maybe I should have figured that out before I wrote this blog. But that wouldn't be very much fun, now would it. Ain't nobody got time for planning things. Planning thing is too much work for me. At least when it comes to little things like writing a blog about absolutely nothing. At least no pre-planned topic that I know of. I think last week that pattern was blue. Anyways, thank you for reading another really random blog. If you actually finished reading this entire blog, I think that you are a very brave person.
Do kittens love cake? Certain cat loving people (Trey) say that kittens love cake. I don't know. That seems pretty random. Have you ever eaten pie flavored pie? I think I have. Or have I? I don't really know. What does pie flavored pie taste like? Does it taste like pie? I don't really know. Or do I? So confusing...
I don't have a very awesome phone. It isn't very fast, the software gets screwed up a lot, and it isn't a smartphone. I wish I had a better phone. What if dinosaurs were still alive? Would humans kill them all for their hide or something? Would they become the next polar bears? I wonder what really killed them. In sure somebody knows the real answer, they just don't want to share. Do cats think that humans are stupid? It would be interesting to find out if they think that we are stupid. Do they think that we are wasting our time trying to build up a better world? And that instead, we should spend all of our time feeding them and bathing in the sun? Another cool thing to know would be what cats and dogs actually are saying to each other. Are they just saying a really friendly hello, and all of the chasing is just a game? Or are they really enemies, who will fight to the death? It would be interesting to know. Well, thank you for reading this week's blog! Have a good Monday! Have you ever played Adventure Capitalist? Chances are that you probably have not. Adventure Capitalist is a game a lot like Cookie Clicker. You start out by clicking on your lemon aid stands to "work them". As you get money from that you can buy more lemon aid stands. At some point, you will be able to buy a newspaper stand. This will get you a lot more money than the lemon aid stand.
Shortly after you are able to buy a couple of newspaper stands you will probably be able to afford your first manager. He will cost $1000. He will automatically run your lemon aid stands for you, so you don't have to click them. After you are able to afford some newspaper stands, you should think about buying a couple of car washes. They are a lot slower than the lemon aid stand, or the newspaper stand. But they get you a lot more money. As you get more money, you will be able to buy more managers to automatically run your businesses. You can also buy upgrades. They will decrease the amount of time you have to wait for money out of a business. Another tip for playing the game is that if you buy 25 of something it will half the speed it takes to get money out of the business. This will happen at each big landmark such as 25, 50, 100, 200 etc. Your managers will run your businesses for you even when the game is not loaded! Today I think that I will talk about ties. I mean, the kind that people wear on a suit or something. I am not very good at tying ties. My ties always seem to be a little crooked, or the knot won’t be very good. It always bothers me. I always have to watch a video to remind myself how to tie a tie too.
Of course, I could talk about something else. Like how I got to skip the entire school day today. I got to skip the entire school day today because there was a jazz band, chamber orchestra, and show choir tour. We were going touring around a bunch of elementary schools, as well as the kindergarten center, and Bethany Homes (An assisted living or nursing home I think). We ate at pizza ranch today, which took a while. There was only one person running the till, so it took a long time to get everyone from both buses through there. The dessert pizza was good as always there. And somebody (I don’t know who) had a good idea of taking pop, and putting ice cream in. Normally I don’t think of that when I go to pizza ranch. I don’t think that there were many people in school today on team Galaxy, as a lot of kids are in either jazz band, chamber orchestra, or show choir. But I don’t know, because I wasn’t really in school today. It just seemed like a lot of people from team Galaxy were with us anyways. What is Zerg Rush? Zerg Rush is a fun little Google Easter egg. If you go on google, and search "zerg rush" you will find yourself defending your search results against some little zero's, or zergs. And then, at the very end of all of this craziness when you finally lose, google sends it's own little "gg" message.
There are tons of little Easter eggs these in Google products. And it isn't only Google products. You can find cool Easter eggs in all sorts of products. Older versions of Microsoft Office, and Windows has a few. Or at least I think so. If you go on Google images, and search "Atari Breakout" you will find yourself playing a little pong game. The pong game is pretty generic, the only different thing about it is A) You can still be "researching" on google images And B) The tiles are made up of the first oh so many search results for Atari Breakout. The smartest country in the world is: Drumroll please! The world's smartest country is Hong Kong! Why? I have no idea. I am just telling you because I can. Another random fact: Baker's chocolate does not contain any sugar. Or very little. Another good question? Why was the computer invented in the first place? Another good question: Why is the world so overpopulated? If you know why, you should write a comment or something.
Why do we have GTT? What is the point of that class? Is there even a purpose to it? I don't think that I am learning too many useful skills in the class. It just seems like a waste of time, when we could be learning other useful skills such as how to create a key lime pie. Or even learn how to eat an elephant. What is gum made out of? Chocolate? No, probably not. That would be disgusting. I think that it is made out of gum. Oh. I meant rubber. Do the Chinese actually like noodles? Or did that just become a thing when we Americanized Chinese food? Who invented the cookie? I think that most creations of different types of food happened by accident. Like for example the ice cream cone: An ice cream vendor ran out of bowls to serve with, so started using bread and dough or something. Did somebody by accident drop some chocolate in their bread dough or something? I should look that up. Thank you for reading! |
